Depending on your purpose and aims, we have various different options available for bundling products:

Banderoling

When simple picking units are to be produced, for example pharmaceutical products for hospital use, banderoling represents a cheap, practical solution, which is economical even for very small quantities. In these cases we use a semi-automatic banderoling machine. The banderoles come in a range of qualities (differing thicknesses, transparent, coloured, or printed).

We have a powerful fully automatic stretch bander with a shrink-film tunnel for large quantities or those that are repeated again and again.

Shrink-film wrapping

Do you want not only to bundle your products, but also to protect them? Then the best choice is complete wrapping in shrink-film. The shrink-wrap process leaves the products tightly encased in the film like a second skin, and therefore protects them from contamination. And if the shrink-film is not intact this indicates that the packs underneath may not be intact either. We have semi-automatic L-sealers with shrinking tunnels for shrink-wrapping in PE film.

Sleeves
