Coding with continuous inkjet printing
Re-packaging often entails putting variable data, e.g. the expiration date and the batch code, on the products and cardboard boxes. We use powerful, flexible continuous inkjet coders that can be employed in many situations and can write on, mark, code or date almost any material. For our customers in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries we code items such as cardboard boxes, blister packs, tubes and advertising materials, and mark medicines as physician samples. Labelling As an alternative to marking using the inkjet procedure, we can also label your products and packaging manually or semi-automatically. Either we use labels provided by our customers, or we consult on suitable materials and procure them. For example, we have developed a very special solution in co-operation with our customers and suppliers for applying new labels to blister packs. They cannot be peeled off, yet are easily torn. What is more, they can be printed in any way you require, and so the label fulfils all the requirements and as such is an efficient alternative to costly deblistering. |
